Welcome to the
Housekeeping Academy!
The Housekeeping Academy is a teaching platform focused on the methodology of home management and home organisation. The aim is to train housekeepers to develop a mindset of success conducive to productivity. With many years of experience in the housekeeping industry, we will teach you the tools, techniques and habits necessary to be able to care for a high end home to exacting standards and to enjoy that journey.
You can choose to enrol on our comprehensive cohort course which covers modules from “what do you need to perform well” and “etiquette and good manners” to “professional relationships and boundaries”. The secret to handle a widely varied workload as a private housekeeper to a family with the highest standards is covered in the module “Monica’s Method” (The Art of Home Management course).
We also offer a course specifically designed for housekeepers who wish to elevate their existing skills to match the demands of working for a HNWI or HNWF (Introduction to Housekeeping for HNWIs course).
If polishing your existing soft skills, learning a few more and discovering how a growth mindset can be applied in your role as a housekeeper is your aim, then enrol on the course Soft Skills, Mindset and Housekeeping.
