- The student has a period of 14 days, counting from the moment of purchase, to cancel and request a full refund of the course fee.
- If the student is unable to start class, a 100% course refund can be requested but no less than 7 days from the course start date, 50% course refund 48h before the course start. If the student has not requested a refund prior to 48h from the course start date, refunds are not applicable. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: contact@housekeepingacademy.co.uk
- Once lessons have begun, payment is non-refundable.
- Housekeeping Academy does not, under any circumstance, give cash refunds to students who do not or cannot finish the course for which they have registered.
- Depending on the payment method used, you might incur fees to refund a charge (for example, a full or partial refund of a bank transfer).
- After you initiate a refund, Housekeeping Academy and our third-party systems submit refund requests to the customer’s bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
- It is the student’s responsibility to comply with the established schedule.
- A complete no-show results in the loss of class.
