The HA is an online learning and teaching platform focused on training housekeeping professionals to apply methodologies of home management and home organisation. It emphasises the value of a growth mindset conducive to productivity and targets the private housekeeping industry.
Our courses are specifically designed to train housekeepers to service the private sector and High Net Worth Individuals. We welcome both students new to the housekeeping industry and seasoned housekeepers who wish to elevate/update their skills. The courses also suit those who want to apply our methodologies in their own homes.

As well as valuable industry-specific knowledge, the HA also addresses the mindset shift you need to experience to succeed in a fast paced and widely varied housekeeping role in a private setting. We accomplish this through our innovative teaching methods and engaging community.

The training with the Housekeeping Academy is a cohort based online course. You will feel like you are in a class. Lectures are live and interactive. At some points during the course we will divide the class into small groups so you can work with and get to know other students. You do not need advanced knowledge of IT systems to join. As long as you have an electronic device and a wifi connection you will be ok.
We are determined that everyone who starts the course will finish it successfully. We start together, work together and finish together. We promise to support you all the way through.
Courses
Whether you are new to the housekeeping industry or a seasoned housekeeper, you can join the HA. If you just wish to assimilate new methodologies to put into practice in your own home, you are welcome too.
Our courses can be taken without any previous knowledge. All you need to join the HA is an electronic device with a wifi connection and a positive attitude towards learning. All our courses are delivered in English. A good command of this language is essential.

All course materials are included and available to download before we start.
You can take our courses simultaneously.
After successfully taking all the modules and fulfilling the course assignments, your certificate will be available.
Each student will have their own personal HA workbook. After each module there are exercises to complete and simultaneously you will create your own personal HA project as we go through the modules, your own Home Management Project based on your personal circumstances. If you do not care for a home as a housekeeper yet, don’t worry, we have fertile imaginations. We will imagine a “home” for you to care for. Please be assured that we have a relaxed approach. As a class and with the support of our community we will all get to the end together.
